Shipping policy

1. Free Shipping 🇮🇳

  • We offer free standard shipping across India on all spare parts orders, no minimum purchase required.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (India Standard Time) once placed.
  • You’ll receive order confirmation and shipping notification via email once dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in India.
  • Delivery times may be extended by factors like regional holidays, weather, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We partner with reputable couriers (DTHC,etc.)
  • Lightweight or urgently needed consumables may be shipped via express courier for faster delivery.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
  • Use it to follow your shipment’s status online or via the courier’s app.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code and contact number.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect packages upon delivery.
  • Notify us within 7 days of receipt if items arrive damaged, incomplete, or lost.
  • For valid claims, we'll initiate replacements or refunds as quickly as possible.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is not available currently

9. Returns & Exchanges

  • To return parts, obtain an RMA number by contacting support.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition; return shipping is at your cost, except for qualifying damages or defects.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned part, provided it meets eligibility criteria.

10. International Orders & Export

  • Currently, we do not ship outside India.
  • If you represent an overseas business, please Contact Us—we may assist via affiliated HSG agents overseas.

11. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All prices on the store are inclusive of 18% GST.
  • No extra customs duties apply for deliveries within India.
  • For shipments via bulk courier from other HSG warehouses (rare cases), local import duties or surcharges may apply and will be communicated prior to dispatch.
