What warranty or guarantee is provided on spare parts?
While full machines carry a 1-year warranty, OEM spare parts purchased separately may not. However:
- HSG’s 5‑Year Warranty Plan (when purchased with a machine) extends coverage for laser sources, cutting heads, and CNC.
- All parts are inspected before dispatch—ensuring they meet HSG’s reliability standards.
